The v0.2 update for Cryptid Party has been released! This update features a large expansion to both the house itself, alongside everything surrounding it with a new basement and garage area to explore, alongside a revamp the item grabbing mechanic. To address the various issues that have been encountered with the system, changes have now been set in place so that the player will now have to hold down the interact key and wait until a progress bar fills before grabbing the item.

With this update out of the way, development of a larger expansion is currently underway, with plans to allow the player to enter out onto the streets and meet / entertain a multitude of new and weird Cryptids, all whilst a live concert blares through the neighborhood.
